Shoyo offers an immersive omakase (chef’s choice) experience with two dinner seatings Tuesday–Saturday (5:45 PM and 8:15 PM), one dinner seating Sunday (5:45 PM), and one Saturday lunch seating (2:00 PM).
Our dinner menu highlights a creative fusion of flavors, blending premium ingredients with innovative techniques for a distinctive dining experience. In contrast, our lunch menu focuses on a more traditional Edomae-style omakase, showcasing simplicity, balance, and the same dedication to freshness and quality.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate certain dietary restrictions. Requests such as no fish, no raw fish, no seafood, no carbs, vegan/vegetarian diets, soy- or vinegar-free allergies, and celiac cannot be accommodated. For all other allergies, please email us at least 48 hours prior to your reservation. Without advance notice, we will not be able to accommodate any requests on the night of your seating.
Reservations are released on the 1st of every month at 9:00 AM (CT) via Resy and are available for 1–6 guests. Full payment (excluding tax and gratuity) is required at the time of booking. All sales are final and non-refundable. With at least 48 hours’ notice, we are happy to reschedule your reservation for a future date (the party size must match the original booking).
If your preferred date or time is unavailable, please use the “Notify” feature on Resy. You will automatically receive an email if a cancellation occurs. Please note, we do not maintain an in-house waitlist.
We kindly ask all guests to arrive on time. While we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, guests arriving more than 15 minutes past their reservation time may forfeit part of their omakase experience.As a courtesy to all guests, seatings cannot be extended beyond the allotted time. Please plan ahead, allow extra time for travel, and arrive early when possible.
