made by noguchi to commemorate his pursuit of sake for over 70 years. this sake stands apart from all others as a representation of the cumulative effort noguchi has refined throughout the course of his life. at 89 years old noguchi came out of retirement to make this sake, considered the "god of sake brewing" his skill is fully apparent. this 3 year aged sake glides over the palate with flavors from raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, ripe apple, melon, blood orange, & peach with a gentle mineral tail accentuated by a soft shibumi.
