Light fruit forward whiskey. tastes of honey, dried apricot, melon, & a touch of smoke

Nikka Whisky from the barrel $20
A blend of single malt and grain whiskey with a nose of honeyed date, rich orange, and subtle peat. Tastes of creme anglaise, berries, plums, orange tart, cinnamon, nutmeg, and fresh bread.

Fuji Single Grain $20
On the nose it smells of a blend between rye and brandy with wafts of apple, pear, cinnamon, and licorice. A soft texture leads into sweet orange, subtle spice, vanilla, and rye bread flavors.

Ichiro's malt & grain $25
malt and grain whiskey from the US, Canada, Scotland, Ireland, and Japan are blended together to make this 'world whisky'. on the nose there is honey, dried oak, caramel nougat followed by flavors of red grape, plum, cinnamon, maple syrup, molasses, and toasted grains.

blend of peated and non peated Malt. tastes of pear, orange,& toasted cacao nib with hints of black pepper and clove.

Japanese blended whiskey from malt and grain. tastes of cherry bakewell tart, walnut loaf, sweet cererls with nutmeg and a hint of black pepper.

Shibui 10 Year single grain white oak $35
A unique japanese whiskey made from rice and black koji yeast. flavors of tropical fruits, seat salt caramel, coconut cream with a lightly floral finish.

the hakushu 12 year single malt $45
Bright, fruity, and vibrant on the nose. Tastes of grapefruit, vanilla, candied orange, starfruit, caramelized cocoa nib with a wisp of smoke and oaky tannins on the finish.

Yamazaki 12 year single malt $45
Made from 100% malted barley akin to single malt scotch. Tastes of honey cake, cocoa powder, prune, dried cherry, green grape, apricot, cinnamon, and a backbone of toasted oak.

Akashi single malt 5 yr. in sake cask $55
Single malt whiskey aged in casks that previously held kijoshu. tastes of walnut, vanilla, bittersweet orange, chocolate covered banana, almond butter, black tea & saltwater taffy.

Kurayoshi 18 year $50
Bright blended malt whiskey. Tastes of fig newtons, almonds, raisins, fresh orange, pu'erh tea, and brown sugar with a smoky vanilla finish.
