Shoyo is an intimate 13-seat sushi omakase restaurant. The word “omakase” means, "I will leave it up to you." Our guests, all of whom will be seated at the sushi counter, will be asked to entrust their chefs to provide them an innovative and immersive omakase experience. Contrary to popular belief, omakase is not limited to the preparation of raw fish, but can also incorporate other cooking techniques and ingredients. It is ultimately the chefs’ choice.
With more than 50 collective years of restaurant experience, Chef Shin Kondo and Chef Jimmy Park, the one time master and student, have collaborated together to bring you Shoyo.
